This nutritional yeast is actually flakes
I've bought other brands that say they are nutritional flakes however, most are usually just powder. (I just wish the ones that are powder would be honest and SAY on the package that it's powder instead of "flakes"). Anyway, Dr. Berg's nutritional yeast brand are actually flakes and taste great and work great in all my cooking! If you are looking for "flakes" these are them.
