    Amazing Product!

    This is a really amazing product. I've always been low vitamin D. I was always feeling tired and never knew why. Until I started taking these. I just recently did my blood and finally my Vitamin D is up. Even more than my husband Vitamin D and he is outside a lot more than I am. My energy is great as well. I no longer feel tired. Getting good sleep too! Easy to swallow, not too big. For reference, in the winter I've been taking 2 and during the fall I took only one.

    Works and shows in bloodwork results!

    I don't necessarily follow Dr. Berg but I've found some of his videos interesting and there's a lot of anecdotal evidence out there but use your own judgement. This product 100% works though. For more than 5 years I've been chasing my mediocre vitamin D levels. This is the ONLY change I made, adding this supplement daily. My vitamin D level went from 57.7 to 86.8 in 6 months. Amazing. This is a keeper.
