Fantastic supplement to keep us more balanced!
I like this product, I feel a little less hormonal when I'm taking it lol. Like more even, if that makes any sense. I feel calmer but not in a sleepy way which is great for my health, I do take it at night as part of my night time routine and it seems to help. I'd rather take this than other questionable sources, I trust the quality of the ingredients used by this company compared to others, and the value is great in my opinion. I get more bang for my buck.

Solid so far!
Been on this for about a month now. I felt the energy almost instantly. It's minimized the hot flashes which is great. Still get them at night but I'm not waking up drenched in sweat. I have also noticed which is huge for me, being a migraine sufferer. Those have also decreased. Over all, very happy so far and will be ordering more.
