    Eliminated Leg Cramps!!

    For me, taking it for histamine issues, pros are lowered or barely any symptoms, cons are extreme left shoulder and upper backside pain, a light headache, non returnable, change in breathing that I can breathe but chest feels a little tight, this is day 2

    It didn't seem so do anything, then I learned more about the dosing and how this is not 20mg of lithium, it is of lithium oro and they are not comparable. I am using it to help with stability, as I need help with mania. I need some stronger stuff than I can get from this 20mg lith oro but not the full bipolar treatment. I got the 130mg from horbäach (they helpfully list that 130mg lith oro is from 5mg lithium) and I could feel the affect if the horbäach same evening!

    These minerals are a no-fuss solution if you are looking to try (or are curious) about adding them into your supplement plan. No crazy flavor options. Just minerals. No fancy branding. The raspberry is also good, it covers up the natural taste of the minerals and functions effectively in your "everything" supplement beverage/shake (we all have those, appropriate?).After trying plenty of other mineral brands, this one is the winner solely for its simplicity. Unflavored is what we typically get, it has a slight mineral taste, but nothing offensive. We usually just splash a capful or so into our water (usually after strenuous work), or we add roughly 1/4 - 1/3 cup into a jug and drink it throughout the day for a more continuous supply.If you feel water doesn't "hydrate" you after you drink, this might be your solution!
