    Little light on flavor.

    I'm over weight. So I started intermittent fasting, which is kinda hard at first. I started to get some negative results because of drastically changing my eating habits. I ordered this powder because it's sugar-free and has some good ingredients to help with the negative effects of fasting and local withdrawal. In my opinion this powder mixed with water was a very good choice for me. It helped take away the jitters I was feeling. The flavor is pleasant but on the light side, in my opinion. Meaning it's definitely not a crystal light or kool-aid punch of flavor. It tastes good but very subtle.
