  1. Prep the natural nail by cleaning, shaping, and lightly buffing the surface.

    High Quality Nail Wraps! Better than Kiss brand

    AWESOME product.This is a high-quality nail wrap that is easy to apply. It was better quality than I expected. I was skeptical because I had never heard of the manufacturer, and the packaging was generic. But, turns out, I like it better than Kiss brand. It's thicker than Kiss brand. It comes on a roll that is easy to cut into whatever shape or size you want for your nails. I have wide thumbs. The pre-cut wraps were never wide enough for my thumbs. This product allows me to cut it myself. It was easy to use. I cut, applied to my nail, and topped with a few layers of brush-on nail glue. Then, file down to smooth, and polish with color of your choice. The thick cut of the wrap combines well with just nail glue. No need for acrylic powder.The price is right, and shipping was fast.

    Wont stay on forever but it gets the job done. Brush it over with some nail glue and you're good

    My nails chips like crazy so this is a life saver. Cut a piece to cover the chipped area, remove the silk from its adhesive and apply it on ur nail. I like to brush over my nail with nail glue to secure it really well. You're gonna want to buff out the glue once dried so your not stuck with the gritty rough sensation on your nails.

    How to remove the backing...

    I'm a guitarist looking for nail products like those described in James Taylor's Fingernails video on YT (google it). I was able to make this product work on the first try to extend and shape my nails. It took three hours and I got nail glue all over my fingers but I did get nails to stick, which is the purpose of this product. So first, don't expect it to be easy. It's not. It's hard. It's sticky, messy and time-consuming. If you're an impatient person or have anger management issues, you're better off at your local nail salon. Second, this product is exactly what it says it is - thin fiberglass tape with a sticky side and a plastic backing. The application is a matter of technique which you get through practice and buying other materials to help you do the job. So the low ratings you see here aren't because of the product itself, but probably because of poor technique, or because the user couldn't figure out how to separate the tape from the backing, which is a task which will cause you to lose your mind unless you have a system. Here's the system: apply a thin coat of nail glue or crazy glue, about 1/8 inch or 3 mm wide, to the edge of the tape on the fiberglass tape side of the strip. Let it dry. The fiberglass tape will be stiff. The plastic backing will still be flexible. Then just crease it and the flexible backing should separate from the stiff, glued edge of the fiberglass. Otherwise, you will go insane trying to separate them. Once separated, use the box to keep the tape and the backing separated. The sticky tape goes over the extra flap provided on the box top. The unsticky backing goes under the flap. This allows you to keep the tape and backing separate, so you only have to separate them once. Third, once you've got the tape to stick to your nails, they need to be trimmed, shaped, buffed and smoothed. That requires more tools. Do the research and know what you're getting into, or visit your nail salon. I never really understand why people go to nail salons. Now I know.
