    Same size capsule as my old brand but double the strength !

    And that's where that 98% purity comes into play IMO. Sure enough though my old brand is 2 caps for 1000 mgs and this is 2 caps for 2000 mgs. And the capsules appear to be the same size. If you look at any of my reviews on this Toniqu brand, I pretty much always state that for ingredients that are purity sensitive , meaning that they work best when close to pure form, this brand excels with ease. This Brand is known for their purity. They are also known for their legitimate third party lab testing that they will actually let you see. Unlike other companies who claim it but will not let you see it ! It is my opinion if you can not actually see the test then it becomes useless because the whole point is to go beyond trust and demand proof in order to purchase. Now truth be known I had no idea that Taurine is an ingredient that works best with high purity and that it is challenging to get that purity with Taurine. I have been taking it a while but hopefully with this possibly more bioavailable form I will yield better results than what I had been getting. Now the reason I take Taurine is for the possible cardio/neuro protection and all the health benefits it may have. Taurine reminds me very very much of Glycine. They both have pages and pages of supposed benefits. They are both considered safe with very little if any sides even at larger doses. And they both have had very surprising recent studies with rats that showed significantly longer lifespans and health attributes. And to me they both do not have any noticeable effects other than what a lab test might reveal. They too are both considered conditionally essential amino acids . And IMO that's part of the reason I think you don't notice much. You have been exposed to taurine with your diet. The question is will adding more tilt the scales more in your favor for optimal health. I personally believe so and that's what I am super happy to have come across this brands form of it. I take 2 to 3 grams of it daily and never notice any sides. I read that supposedly Taurine may help you get sleepy and you shouldn't take it before driving. So I with great expectations started taking it before bed but sadly did not notice any getting sleepy affect ! I had been taking it at morning as it was touted as increasing energy and I obviously didn't notice that either. I think this is a fabulous price for this three pack that will definitely last me a while. So yes all 5 stars and more for this brand Taurine that will hopefully do for me what it did for the rats in the studies. Hopefully it may help you with something that you may even notice.
