    60 Capsules for a 30-day supply of an ultra-concentrated probiotic. Easy to ingest. Great container.

    A good probiotic

    These probiotics come in two jars, each containing 60 capsules, for a total 60-day supply (2 capsules per day). The jars arrived shrink-wrapped together as one unit, with a safety seal on the top of each jar for added protection. The jars are much larger than the capsules, as the capsules only take up about 1/5 of the jar's volume. Each jar also includes a PillowPak to help maintain the quality of the capsules. The bottom of the jar indicates, "Expiry: 10/26," and I received the probiotics in January 2025. The label also recommends, "For best results, store in the refrigerator." The capsules have no noticeable aroma and are very easy to swallow. While I can't confirm their effectiveness without medical testing, I appreciate that this product has been third-party tested.

With 10 billion n-AFU (next-generation Active Fluorescent Units) per serving, it delivers a potent dose of this specialized strain, which leads to metabolic and digestive health. I can feel it maintains microbial balance in my gut after taking just one capsule a day. LOL

    Good for your gut, good for you

    Akkermansia Muciniphilia is a lesser-known probiotic that can be very beneficial for your microbiome, but it's not commonly seen in probiotic blends. Nor is it typically available in food, although I've read that eating polyphenols might help to produce it in your gut. I've taken Akkermansia before with very good results, but not for a few months. You should look on the internet to learn more about the benefits of Akkermansia and why it could be a game-changer in your health. This supplement comes in a container with 60 capsules. The manufacturer recommends that you take 2 capsules per day. I typically take just one. Each capsule contains 50 mg of Akkermansia and 50 mg of Fructooligosaccharides. They also recommend that you store the container in the refrigerator, which I already do with my daily probiotic blend. My gut feels calmer and my digestion more regular after I've taken Akkermansia for a few days. And Toniiq is a known brand -- I've used some of their other supplements before.
