Toniiq 1000mg Ultra High Strength Alpha Lipoic Acid Supplement 120 Capsules

This is going to be a VERY long review, simply because there is so much wrong with me, and so much that this supplement has done for me that I have to explain everything.I had on and off taken this supplement, one capsule a day when I got up in the morning, but never consistently, until I just couldn't take it anymore! My body was bringing me down, and NO, it wasn't diabetis, it was a collapsed disc that caused my sciatica nerve to go down BOTH my legs, starting from my buttocks, every day, all day long, 24/7. The nerve pain would go down all the way to my feet, too, causing them to be numb, sometimes burn. So then, enter my bad knee that I've had 2 surgeries on, not to mention TOO MANY times that I have fallen on that same stupid left knee, after the 2 surgeries I had on it. I don't understand why it has to be that one knee, but it's always my left knee that I keep messing up over and over again, making it swell like a balloon, and having to have it drained, HUGE hematoma. I think you get it, but the problem is that my knee started to swell a lot, sometimes I couldn't sleep at night because both my back and knee love to make me miserable, and strangely, something I don't get, why did the nerves start to go down my shin from my knee, sometimes feeling like it's freezing cold, NO NOT HOT, but COLD! Next it started feeling like it was asleep, and at the same time the sciatic nerve in my back was so bad I couldn't even walk right or stand up staight at all. This summer I wanted to either die or take SOMETHING that would help, and I didn't want drugs either, I know they are bad for you! I started taking Toniq ALA, but this time, WITHOUT fail, and 4 times DAILY, NOT just 2, because I researched into it and you can take far more than just 1000mg. It did bother my stomach a little without food, but you're not suppose to take it with a meal, it simply will not work as well, the food will absorb it. I sometimes take it with 1 cracker only, if it bothers me, and 1 cracker will not keep it from being absorbed properly.So now the results, and that to me is a miracle in more ways than one. My sciatica nerve is not yet 100%, but if you consider that it started at, to me, -0%, it is now after one week taking it continuously without fail, at 75%, and I can walk normally, no bending unable to straighten out, or losing my balance, which I NOW realize was my nerve doing that to me!! That ANNOYING nerve going down my shin from my bad knee, that is, Thank God, 85% better!! And there is one thing more that is a bonus that I wasn't even thinking about it, or that it would be part of it, and that's my eyesite, my eyes strain a lot and were never real sharp, but this morning as I was driving to the grocery store, I suddenly realized that my eyes were very sharp and clear, I mean, compared to what they were every day for years, and the way they never focused like I wish they would have, they haven't been this good in a VERY long time. If anyone would want my opinion on trying them, I'd say, ABSOLUTELY TAKE this supplement, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain, but if you're as bad as I was, take 4 a day, IN BETWEEN meals, that's important.There's one think else I didn't mention, don't take them before going to bed, make it at least 4 hours before bed time, they make me rather hyper, and I can't sleep when I take them at night, I stay awake too long. They give me plenty of energy, more than any other supplements I take. They are definitely worth the try, I just wish I hadn't taken so long to keep them up everyday, I wouldn't have suffered for such a LONG time!! My rating....⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ To infinity!!!

Alpha Lipoic Acid production in the human body is minimal and takes place in the mitochondria of cells. I experience more energy and less blood sugar spikes which helps to regulate my metabolism. I also take ALA for its anti-aging effects on lowering cholesterol and slowing memory loss. I have been supplementing for the majority of my 53 years, and I notice a difference when not taking versus supplementing with ALA.Toniiq ALA is of the highest quality and purity, and I may take less and get better supplementation when compared to other brands of ALA.I prefer getting more bang for the buck. Awesome brand that I prefer as I always have wondered how good is the quality of the supplements that I am taking. A helpful adjunct therapy for neuropathy pain. First line of treatment in Germany and most of Europe, yet U.S. physicians are clueless. I was taking prodigious amounts of Gabapentin and no relief. Now taking 1000mg of Alpha Lipoic Acid twice a day. Not a miracle cure, but some relief at least. One side effect my wife and I both observed (subjectively) our hair growth was accelerated. My beard, hair on head etc. seems to grow like weeds. My wife has to cut my hair about 30% more frequently. Nails too.
