    My sleep and energy have improved

    I have been taking this at night for about a month now. I get a much better, restful sleep. My fitbit sleep tracker has improved. I think the main difference here with other brands is the quality of the ingredients- you really should read the labels. This product by Toniiq has more ROOT extract than the best seller on Dropy. It also has more (25%) more black pepper than the best seller. Black pepper is the chemical compound that helps aid the absorption of the Ashwagandha. What's the point of taking it if your body isn't absorbing it as well as it should? The taste is kind of earthy at first, but you get used to it. The capsules are easy to swallow. My only suggestion to the company would be add that it is vegan- friendly on the label.

    Incredibly good and strong

    This is really strong and really good I recommend taking 1 at first. 2 maybe overwhelming to begin with. But you'll definitely get what your seeking for if your looking at this product. Capsules are slightly larger than your normal pill.
