Interesting supplement - a single ingredient found nowhere else in my stack

Since almost everyone who takes supplement has some criteria when looking, I created a quick Yes/No comparison list for my supplement reviews. Here is where Toniiq Black Maca Root Extract lands based on my experience: 1) Serving Size? 3 capsules / 120 per bottle / 40 days x 2 bottles = 80 day supply 2) GMP (Good manufacturing process? NSF-approved state-of-the-art manufacturing facility 3) Non-GMO? Yes 4) Clearly defined ingredients and percentages of each? Yes - single ingredient 5) Country of manufacture? USA (with Maca root imported from Peru) 6) Lab or 3rd Party Tested? Yes - Each Batch is Individually Tested 7) Gluten Free? Yes 8) Vegan/Vegetarian? Yes 9) Easy to Swallow? Yes 10) No aftertaste? Yes 11) No side effects for me? Yes For those of you who are in the non-TLDR group here are some additional details for my experience with Toniiq Black Maca Root Extract. What I liked: 10 out of 10 "yes" answers above means this supplement meets 100% of my base criteria for consumption. This product is special because it is sourced from a family-owned farm in Peru and each batch is tested for quality and purity. Serving size provided enough for 80 days, more than enough time to determine whether or not this supplement makes a postive change for you. A few things that I learned about black maca during my research: • Black maca is purported to provide higher antioxidant levels than any of the other colors of maca. • Black caca enhances the production of glucose in the body and may thereby support a healthier metabolism. • Black maca may provide specific benefits to both men and women A quick search on the internet will provide a plethora of studies that show all types of potential benefits from black maca root. While I haven't noticed any massive improvements during the 30 days I've been taking it, many of the conditions that it has been studied to treat do not apply to me. Also, any time we are talking about changes at the cellular level, it is almost impossible to know the the benefit of those changes. As with almost every supplement, it's up to each individual user to do their own research and determine whether or not they have a condition or need that that supplement may address. I like this supplement and will continue to take it especially since it contains a single ingredient that is not found anywhere else in my supplement stack. What I didn't like: Nothing!

  Excellent for Energy and Endurance!

This is great stuff. I take black Maca for improved energy. This increased my energy and endurance without any jittery feeling. Black maca may increase antioxidant ability, which may improve the immune system. It's easily absorbed and is excellent quality. It contains a high dosage with 2000mg per three capsule serving. The capsules are easy to swallow with no bad taste or odor. They caused me no stomach issues or discomfort. I take three per day in the morning with food. I take them in the morning due to the energy increase, so it doesn't interfere with my sleep. The container has 40 servings. It's made in the USA, third-party tested, great quality, and a good value.

  Noticeable Increase in Energy!

I have to say I was skeptical whether these supplements actually worked. I haven't had any success with natural supplements in the past, regardless of what they claim to do. And I've tried a lot. Teas, drinks, smoothies, powders, all of it. However, these are the first that actually give me a noticeable amount of more energy. Not like, jittery, just chugged a red bull amount of energy. Just an overall sense of feeling better & ability to go throughout my day without feeling run down or tired. That's saying a lot coming from me. I'm a mom of 3 who has 2 jobs working from home. I start the day with the best intentions of completing my checklist of things to do, but halfway through the afternoon I'm already looking forward to a nap 😆. Even better, these don't upset my stomach or have any adverse side effects. Unlike the caffeine supplements that give you headaches or make your heart race. The recommended dose is 3 capsules per day. I started with just 1/day for the first week to test if it unsettled my stomach. By day 3 I could already begin to tell a difference in how I felt. You can take this day or night. With or without food. I've tried taking them at AM & PM on an empty stomach & haven't had any negative effects. They don't have a strange smell or taste. They're easy to swallow. Not only do I have more energy, but I've noticed I have more stamina in the gym. These are seriously the first & only supplements for energy I would recommend. In doing my research I found that Black Maca has a whole list of other great benefits, especially for women. Whatever your interests, I highly recommend this brand.

I think this is some of the Purest Black Maca out there ! Third Party lab Tested !

I got this because my recent lab test indicated one of my hormone levels is lower than I like. Black Maca is known to possibly stimulate the body with nutrients to achieve healthy hormone levels. So I knew right away I wanted to use this brand as they (Toniqu) are known for their purity ! There are certain supplements I take that I only use this company for. Especially plant root based supplements. Their curcumin is so orange it almost glows and their CoQ10 is some of the purest I have ever seen. With plant supplements it is widely known that purity dictates how much the body uptakes and uses. And not only that this company third party lab test all their supplements which is a must IMO as there are so many fakes out there ! I have taken Black Maca before with another brand and had some of the most incredible life like dreams I have ever had. And yes many of them were definitely increased libido related. I very much look forward to that again and speculate that with this brand's purity it should be better than before. That took about two weeks before that started happening. The dosage with this is right in the middle IMO. The low end is 1 gram and the high end is about 3 grams. This is 2000 mgs (2 grams) right in the middle. These are easy to take and no bad sides. Hopefully I can also get some extra energy too with this brand's black maca. I definitely recommend this and hope this was helpful.
