It reduced my appetite and made me feel fuller.
Lately there have been a lot of these GOP enhancers hitting the market. I've been shocked that they actually work without massive levels of stimulants. This really is a breakthrough. I am not overweight, but I do like to snack, and I have been adding a few pounds here and there as I slowdown in life. I've been taking these supplements for almost a month, and I am both pleased and surprised by the effect. I watch everything I eat very carefully, to the point that I log it all. So, it's not that it helped me eat less, but it made the less that I was eating feel like I had eaten more. In other words, I was already on a diet, and these pills helped me feel a lot more satisfied with the reduction in food. I don't know if these are magic bullets that will help someone who is overeating just suddenly stop eating as much, but it certainly let me be satisfied in the absence of all of the overindulgence I was avoiding and I was able to relax more. For me, that is a win because I wasn't thinking about food all the time. I'm sure this is not the same as getting some GLP injections, but considering the price, this seems like a pretty good value.

Does suppress appetite
I've been taking these for about 2 weeks and I can say my appetite does feel more suppressed. I don't get as many cravings as I was before. Trying to remember to take it twice a day can be rough, especially since I take many other things I need to keep track of as well. I feel like the chromium is what is doing most of the appetite suppression - and I'm considering just buying that instead to be more cost-effective. The capsules have no noticeable smell, and they go down easily. The capsules are a very standard size. It appears the company is based out of Chicago, IL (USA). I received this in June 2025, and it doesn't expire until April 2027. Overall, it seems effective. The price is okay.

Eat Carbs Without Storing Fat!
I've used glucovantage in the past, which is a branded version of dihydroberberine. It works great when taken around high carb meals to stimulate insulin production and produce glycogen rather than storing fat. Cheat meals will not make you feel as guilty and you'll see the results of the supplement if taken regularly. There's a good amount of inulin as well, which acts as a prebiotic to feed gut bacteria in a positive way. You should see better digestion and regulated inflammation from this supplement. I love that they sent 2 containers!

Less urge for snacking!
So far my experience with these capsules has been good! I've been taking them for 9 days the first 2 days I didn't notice them working I would still have that urge to snack in between my meals but on the 3rd day I noticed I wasn't hungry anymore between my meals and I would feel full with way less food them I normally eat. I take them twice a day two early in the morning after my breakfast or right before my first bite and two in the afternoon just before lunch. I do drink plenty of water during the day I fill up my 40 oz tumbler twice a day sometimes even 3 so I think that also helps me feel full a little longer. They are easy to swallow and I haven't felt any discomfort or side effects I've lost 5 lbs and don't feel sleepy tired or moody at all!
