    Very Good Quality

    This Lactobacillus gasseri probiotic is a great supplement! I've been taking this probiotic for about a week and I am already noticing a difference/improvement in my digestion and bowel movements. I was painfully constipated and I took this probiotic on an empty stomach before breakfast. Since taking it on day 1 I haven't had any constipation issues since. This probiotic has Lactobacillus gasseri 50 billion cfu, and Lg08 167mg with fructooligosaccharides 100 mg a prebiotic fiber. I've heard taking this probiotic can help with belly fat/weight loss, I haven't taken it long enough to notice a significant difference. However if you are constipated, you could definitely lose a couple lbs from not being backed up. I love that this probiotic comes in a 2 pack. It came securely packaged and sealed. The probiotics are fresh and in date. Very good quality. The directions say to store them in the fridge, so that's where I keep mine. I take 2 a day before breakfast. Highly recommend.

    Calmed Tummy

    I like to indulge in a glass of white wine or two most nights. Some can be rather acidic. Occasionally I get a "bloated" feeling in the evening depending on what I eat. So I thought I would give these a try. I wanted to give them a fair shot, so I'm just about finished with two/day for a month. All I can say is that my stomach feels calmer. More comfortable. I will continue taking. And when I'm finished maybe stop for a week or so to see if things change back. Ill update this if that experiment provides anything relevant.

    Per description, this is an ultra concentrated delayed-release L. Gasseri probiotics. Order came with two plastic bottles of 60 capsules each. Serving size is 2 per day. There is no smell nor taste with the capsules, which is easy to swallow. Quality seems good, with no issue after taking this. Product web page indicated this is made in the USA, but not shown on the label. Label does state "for best results, store in the refrigerator". Mine has expiration date of 2/27.
