  High-potency gut support that actually reaches the source

  We were impressed by the sheer strength of the Toniiq Lactobacillus Rhamnosus. While many probiotics offer 10 or 20 billion CFU, this one provides a massive 100 billion CFU per serving. It also includes Prebiotic FOS, which essentially acts as "fuel" for the good bacteria, helping them thrive once they are in your system.The delayed-release capsules are a critical feature here. They are designed to survive harsh stomach acid so the probiotics actually make it to your intestinal tract where they can do their job. We also appreciate that every batch is third-party lab tested for purity and potency, which gives us a lot more confidence in what we are putting into our bodies. With 180 capsules per bottle, it's a generous supply that lasts a long time.

  High potency, 90 day supply, delayed release

  Toniiq Lactobacillus are a crazy good deal from a researched and respected supplier. I've been using Toniiq products for a while now and don't hesitate when they produce a new product that fits my stack. While I don't use prebiotics/probiotics every day, I love keeping them around for when I'm not digesting well, have gas, or other issues that may cause a decrease in gut bacteria.These ARE about 10x stronger than the ones I've bought at Costco and because they are a delayed release, I only have to take them 2 of them in the morning before breakfast instead of the 2-3X/day that others require.I also appreciate that they are 3rd party tested, as is the case with other Toniiq products that I've bought.While I did understand that there are 180 capsules, I didn't realize they were split among 3 different bottles of 60 each. There's room enough in just one to dump them altogether, so that's what I did. I also tend to keep them in the fridge for longer shelf life. Keep in mind that this is a 90 day supply, so even though the price point is up there a bit, when you compare what you're getting, this is a pretty sweet deal.For those who are interested, these are small capsules for those who have problems swallowing pills or capsules. Size 0, I think.

  Very high-dose single-strain probiotic

  This is a serious-dose probiotic - 100 billion CFU of a single strain (Lactobacillus rhamnosus) per serving is far stronger than what most basic probiotics offer. I like that it stays focused on one clinically studied strain instead of mixing a bunch of low-dose species together. The added FOS prebiotic is a nice touch since it helps the bacteria actually survive and colonize.The delayed-release veggie capsules are easy to swallow and gentle on the stomach. I didn't have any bloating or discomfort starting out, which can happen with high-CFU formulas. In terms of effectiveness, this feels like one of those probiotics that works quietly in the background - digestion feels more regular and balanced over time rather than dramatically different overnight.I also like that this is third-party tested with COA access and made in a cGMP facility. That matters a lot with probiotics at this potency.At $42 for 180 capsules, the value for money is actually very good, considering the CFU count, quality testing, and long supply. This is a strong option if you specifically want high-dose rhamnosus for gut, immune, or vaginal support without unnecessary filler strains.

  The only probiotic I need

  So far I really like this probiotic supplement. I like that this is a single probiotic of lactobacillus rhamnosus which I find to be easier on my gut than some of these other probiotic blends. This single strain encourages other healthy strains to proliferate on their own naturally and discourages bad bacteria. So I really prefer this one over a blend of different strains. This strain is one of the best strains and is one of the most well researched and easiest on the stomach and gut. I've tried a number of different probiotic blends and I prefer this one. This also comes in an acid resistant capsule to allow it to get further down your digestive track to be more effective. Overall I think this is a great probiotic.
