  Good quality, delayed release

  This is a two pack of probiotic with prebiotic delayed release capsules. Each bottle contains 60 capsules and each serving of two capsules provides you with 100 billion CFU of lactobacillus rhamnosus and 100 mg of fructooligosaccharides (prebiotic fiber). So this is a 60 day supply. Each container has safety seal plastic around the outside as well as a foil seal under the lid. The containers are a lot bigger than they need to be. The actual fill is less than a third of it. The capsules are medium in size and appear off-white. There's no noticeable smell or taste. The container says it is best to keep this in the refrigerator. Additional ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, and vegetable magnesium stearate. Made in the USA, GMP certified and third-party tested.

  Toniiq Lactobacillus Rhamnosus - Ultra High Strength 100B CFU with Prebiotic FOS

  For supplement products, due to the fact that they are so unregulated in the US, I always like to check for a few things like is there any information about where it was manufactured, any information about 3rd party testing and how many capsules, scoops or servings per recommended daily dose to translate to a total number of doses instead of just overall count. This product is made in the US and states that it is 3rd party tested with reference to the Certificate of analysis results and mentioned the official report is available on request, which is reassuring and more than most companies do. They also seem to be a relatively established company with other popular products. The product recommended serving size is 2 caps which gives 30 doses. I got this product at the $19 price level. At this price level it appears similar in value to other products available. This supplement advertises 100Billion CFU which is a fair bit higher than most options. It also includes a small amount of dietary fiber which is basically food for the probiotics and helpful to include but wouldn't be enough to act like an extra fiber supplement. So far I haven't noticed any negative effects. It is too early to tell if any helpful results have occurred. One interesting thing to note is they recommend keeping the product in the fridge. Meets expectations.
