  100mg of Apigenin per capsule, 180 capsules per bottle

  Apigenin is a supplement I tried for the first time a few years ago. Prior to trying it out I read that it is sourced from Chamomile, and it is a Bioflavonoid. It can have a calming effect in some folks, and other sometimes use it for exercise and similar due to it interacting with testosterone. There is a lot of information out there about Apigenin, just search on a search engine and that can help you determine if this is a supplement you care to give a go. When I first used Apigenin I was taking 50mg, and I didn't notice too much from it. Taking this Apigenin from Toniq, with each capsule being 100mg, I can say I do notice a bit more ease with sleeping well after taking it. Taking this supplement prior to exercise, I don't notice much, though. Apigenin is one of those supplements I didn't notice much of anything from at 50mg, however at 100mg I do notice I tend to ease into sleep, and stay asleep a bit easier. Apigenin is a supplement where it's, "Your mileage may vary" if you're looking for a noticeable calming effect, or whatever. That's just how it is, some supplements work different in different people. I do find that 100mg works better for me than 50mg, though.

  Highly Beneficial

  Apigenin is widely recognized for its many health benefits, and this Toniiq Ultra High Strength Apigenin is my favorite source. High in both potency and purity; I can notice the effects of this nutraceutical minutes after taking it. While many people like Apigenin as a sleep aid, it also has other documented neurological advantages including memory improvement, my main reason for taking this supplement. I was surprised and pleased when I opened the jar to find it almost overflowing with capsules - at one per day this will be enough for half a year, and I won't feel prodigal if I take more. The capsules themselves are smaller than many, both taste and odor free, and easy to swallow. I'm delighted with my Toniiq Ultra High Strength Apigenin and soundly recommend it.

  Very nice apigenin supplement

  This Toniiq apigenin is a really nice supplement. I take it in the evening/night to help me relax so I can fall asleep easier. I noticed quite a difference after just one dose. I am much more relaxed and ready for bed within just 30-40 mins. after taking it. Product was fresh with the expiration date almost two years out.

  High Quality Supplement

  With all supplements, I remind everyone that my experience is unique and to integrate with proper diet and exercise. I also cycle almost all of my supplements to make sure my body doesn't become dependent on anything. That said, I really like the supplements from this company - they seem to be very high quality, consistent, come in quality packaging and are transparent with their purity standards. - Effects : I felt noticeably relaxed, but nothing out of the ordinary. Just a greater sense of calm. I didn't notice a huge difference in my sleep. I tend to metabolize things quickly but I felt these effects lasted without a noticeable drop-off. - Overall : I felt these were effective and I will continue to take them. I highly recommend.
