  Promising Results After the First Week

  I started taking Toniiq Liposomal Berberine about six days ago. I chose this supplement because the formula includes liposomal berberine along with cinnamon, milk thistle, and chromium. I liked the idea of a formula designed for better absorption. The capsules are easy to swallow and the bottle arrived well sealed. I did not experience any strong aftertaste or smell when taking them. After about a week of use, I noticed my appetite felt a little more controlled, especially when it came to snacking. My energy also felt more stable during the day, with fewer afternoon dips. I did not experience any noticeable stomach discomfort, which I appreciated. I like that the product is third party tested and the ingredient list is clear. The 1500 mg strength also made this product stand out compared with many other berberine supplements I looked at. It is still early, so I plan to keep taking it to see the longer term effects. So far, the experience has been positive and the quality of the supplement seems solid.

  Nice Supplement to Diet & Exercise!

  I've been purposefully holding off on writing this review for a couple weeks in order to give my body sufficient time to adjust to it and give as accurate a review as possible. Full disclosure that during that time, I have also been eating a lot better. Think tons of chicken/veggies/minimal carbs/etc. I've also been walking. Walking a LOT. With all of this, I'm down approximately ~6lbs in a little over 2 weeks and it's finally starting to become slightly noticeable. Given all that, I have to give this stuff the benefit of the doubt thumbs up recommendation. I assume that it is indeed helping to encourage my body to store less and burn more. The first few days I took it I will note that I was extremely gassy, but that side effect has pretty much completely passed, so it was only temporary. The pills are not too terribly big and easy to swallow, and price seems pretty normal/reasonable. All in all I would obviously only recommend these along with healthy diet and exercise, but if you're serious about making some changes to your lifestyle, I can't help that feel like these at least help a little bit!

  Great Quality Berberine That Actually Works (Without Breaking the Bank!)

  I have been taking berberine not for very long (maybe a total of 3-4 months by now), but it's already become a staple in my routine. I started taking berberine to take the edge off of sweet cravings at night and have been pleasantly surprised by how well it supports that -- especially when I don't limit myself too much and keep everything in moderation. It really helps curb my appetite, particularly those sugary snack cravings in the afternoon and evening. I usually take it later in the day (always in the afternoon and sometimes in the morning too), and I've noticed it helps keep my blood sugar and hunger more balanced. I've tried a couple different brands, and while the potency is all over the board per serving, this one is on the higher end and works just as well for me even with 2/3 of suggested serving a day. That alone makes it a win! I also really appreciate that it's manufactured in the U.S. and third-party tested -- that's always a must for me when choosing supplements. The capsules are slightly larger than some other brands I've used, but still easy enough to take. The suggested serving is three capsules per day, so the bottle typically lasts about a month, but I take two a day which makes 1,000 mg per day and since I don't always take the full three daily, mine stretches closer to a month and a half. I'm really happy with this berberine. It's effective, thoughtfully made, and reasonably priced for the quality. If you're looking for a reliable berberine supplement that supports appetite control and blood sugar, this one is definitely worth trying!
