  Very yellow

  In case you didn't know Berberine is yellow. I looked up information about Berberine since it was a product that I was not familiar with. It is recommended to take somewhere between 500 and 1500. With this product the serving size is 3 capsules equalling 1500. I decided to start off with just one capsule since it could cause stomach discomforts. I do not think 1500 is a necessary amount unless it is recommended for something specific. It is also recommended to use for a short term before taking a break. So do not use long term. So far it seems fine. I didn't have a problem taking it and so far have not experienced any complications.

  A healthy supplement for me

  This supplement product arrived on time and well package. I have been taking berberine in one form or another for over a year now and happy to say that my blood glucose readings have been down. Of course, a good, healthy diet is important, but this supplement of berberine is a positive step in the right direction. This product from Toniiq gives more capsules than other berberine products I have taken in the past. A solid two months worth. Easy to swallow and I usually take it in the morning or over lunch. Thank you.

  So Far So Good; Impressive Stats

  I take berberine regularly for blood sugar support, and I ordered this when I saw its claims to 97% purity. It's hard to know how this compares to other brands of berberine, as there's not a governing body analyzing this. But, the claims are impressive, with third party lab testing. This digests well in my body and helps me manage my blood sugar.
