  600mg of standardized Pomegranate Hull 35:1 Extract per capsule, 120 capsules per bottle

  This bottle of, "Pomegranate Extract - Ultra Concentrated" from Toniq contains 120 capsules, with each capsule containing 600mg of Pomegranate 35:1 Extract, standardized to contain at least 90% Ellagic Acid. The Supplement Facts label on the bottle rears that each 2 capsule serving of this 35:1 extract is the equivalent of 42,000mg of Pomegranate Hull powder! I've used, and still use, some Toniq brand supplements and I've found their quality to be great, so far. The capsules are of average size and I found them easy to swallow. The Suggested Serving on the bottle reads to take 2 capsules daily, meaning there are 60 servings per bottle. 2 capsules provides 1,200mg of the Pomegranate Hull 35:1 Extract standardized to have a minimum of 90% Ellagic Acid. I like that this Pomegranate Extract is standardized as that is something I look for in pomegranate extract. I've been taking these capsules for a little over 1 week and I've noticed nothing out of the ordinary, so no complaints! These capsules are produced in a GMP-certified and NSF-approved manufacturing facility in the USA and also 3rd party tested.

  Equivalent of 4 servings of fruit.

  I'm so glad I found these pomegranate capsules that equal 4 servings of pomegranate fruit. That's a lot of sugar if I have to drink the juice. I love to eat pomegranate fresh when it's available, but since it usually isn't, I take the powder form in my morning smoothies. This product is very high quality and will replace my smoothie powder when I'm too busy to make them or traveling. I'll still get the great benefits of pomegranate- lower blood pressure and cholesterol, increased free testosterone, healthier skin and hair, and less muscle fatigue during exercise. The serving is 2 easy to swallow capsules daily. They are especially beneficial taken 30 minutes before exercise. Highly recommend!

  No adverse side effects. Easy to take

  I've been taking the pomegranate supplement for a very short amount of time therefore I can't say that it's lowered my blood pressure yet, but it's very easy to take and I do feel like it's had a mild diuretic effect. I also recommend eating a small bit of food right before or right after taking it to avoid stomach upset.
