  Prebiotic, Probiotic, & Postbiotics - This supplement has it all

  When choosing a supplement, I have a few non-negotiable requirements. It must be made in the USA, manufactured in a GMP-certified facility, and tested by a third-party lab. This Toniiq Symbiotics 200 supplement meets all of my requirements. It contains 100 billion CFUs of 30 strains of probiotics. It also contains 100 billion TFUs of Akkermansia Muciniphilia, which is a postbiotic that is all the rage right now. Prebiotic fiber is also included in the formula to feed the probiotics in the gut. A delayed-release capsule ensures the probiotics pass unharmed through the stomach to the intestinal tract. I have worked very hard through the years to address GI issues through gut health. Probiotics have proven to be extremely beneficial for me with noticeable health gains. I have recently added prebiotics and postbiotics for additional benefits. Each bottle will last 30 days at the suggested daily serving size of two capsules. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. At the current price of $29.97 (prior to coupon), the cost per serving is $1.00. The expiration date is 22 months in the future, allowing plenty of time to use the supplement before it expires.

  High quality 3-in-1 formula for gut health.

  I've have tried numerous probiotics in an attempt to improve my gut health. I have cleaned up my diet but feel I need some additional help. This 3-in-1 formula made perfect sense to try it. Some probiotics have a prebiotic in them, but rarely do you find one that has postbiotics as well. This one uses Immuse for the postbiotic and ButyraGen for the prebiotic. Both are high quality ingredients. I read that Immuse has been involved in 15 human clinical trials and supported by numerous studies. That gives me additional confidence that it could work for me. I have taken them for about a week. I am happily surprised that I feel they're helping some. I am experiencing less gas and bloating, something other probiotics I've tried haven't helped with. It's still too early to realize the maximum benefits from it, but it's enough that motivates me to continue taking them. You get 30 strains of probiotics. My current one only has 15. Plus, I like that it includes Akkermansia. I've just learned about the positive benefits of it just recently. The only negative is the price. It's a bit steep for only a month's supply. But considering the number of strains and the quality ingredients, plus third-party tested and manufactured in a GMP-certified facility, the price seems reasonable. It's just that it could be beyond some people's budget. That said, I believe it is worth giving these a try for at least several months to see if they help. After taking probiotics for years, I'll be able to tell after a month if they are working better for me or not. If they are, I'll order them again.

  Includes Akkermansia

  I'm all about probiotics. I think they are very important for gut health and something I have started paying more attention to. This has prebiotics and probiotics, including many strains you don't see very often. All encased in a delayed release capsule, which is really important considering stomach acid can kill these little guys. I was super impressed reading the back labels and couldn't wait to start them. I was not disappointed in the performance. I can always tell when I am introducing a new effective probiotic into my system by the gas it produces during the first week or so of doses. And these did just that, so maybe don't start them before your next big public speaking gig! Just saying. I have no complaints but maybe just a question. It came in 2 bottles of 60 (2 per day, so two month's worth) and to be perfectly honest both jars are half full. This just seems a waste of plastic. Either make smaller jars or put all 120 in one (if you ask me.) But I'm sure they have their reasons.
