  A new way to take your Shilajit supplements!

  If you've ever had Shilajit, then you know that bitter, earthy, smoky taste. I've always usually mixed my Shilajit resin into my my coffee and tea taken it that way. But that typically meant using the tiny little spoon and scraping it from the jar then eventually dissolving it into the coffee… I like my coffee strong so this way actually enhanced the flavor. Anyhow, these gummies are a new spin and could be a game changer for me. They have a pleasant fruity-tasting flavor and are an easy, convenient method for consuming. You get 60 gummies (2x daily) so a 1 month supply. They're great for travel and standardized doses vs. the resin scoop method. Time will tell on the efficacy of the product, but for now I'm totally impressed.

  Taste good. Combo of shilajit with ashwagandha and turmeric may have synergistic effect

  I've been interested in trying shilajit mainly for its reported testosterone boosting action. I take several different supplements already; however, I'm kind of tired of swallowing pills and swigging powders in water. I jumped at the chance to try shilajit in gummies. I've been using these for about a week now. I can't say yet whether or not I'm experiencing any notable changes, but I can report on the product itself. First, these gummies seem to contain a good amount of fulvic acid, the active ingredient of shilajit. It's claimed to be lab tested for purity and potency, so hopefully the label can be believed on this point. The gummies are black, which may be at first off-putting, but to me this provides added assurance of this being the real deal, as shilajit in its natural state is black (if I understand correctly). They taste fine, as gummies do. The recommended serving is two gummies. I take a single one in the morning and another one in the afternoon. With 60 gummies in the container this will give me a month's worth to try. Besides shilajit, the gummies contain ashwagandha and turmeric. These are both supplements with well-known health benefits, but I wondered if there was a particular point in combining all three. My web research indicated that combining shilajit, ashwagandha and turmeric may enhance all of their effects. Ashwagandha and turmeric's adaptogenic and anti-inflammatory properties could amplify shilajit's energy and vitality benefits. Ayurveda advocates suggest that shilajit acts as a "yogavaha," enhancing the bioavailability of other herbs. Shilajit/fulvic acid is touted for boosting energy and improving cognitive health, as well as enhancing testosterone. A 2010 study found that 500 mg daily increased testosterone and sperm count in infertile men. However, a 2025 Cleveland Clinic review notes limited human studies and inconsistent evidence for general health benefits. Ashwagandha is used by many to reduce stress, enhance mood, and improve stamina. Anecdotal claims abound, but robust human studies are limited. Turmeric, containing curcumin, is prized for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Final verdict: I like these gummies. Along with other supplements I'm taking, I hope they will help give me the testosterone boost I am looking for. At worst they may give me a small health and/or mood boost even if they don't actually help much with testosterone.

  A tasty daily supplement packed with benefits

  These are tasty and shilajit gummies with a subtle grape flavor. They come in nice-sized cubes and are easy to take. Shilajit is rather new for me. In case you aren't familiar with it, it's associated with Increased ATP (energy) production, reduced fatigue, and possible memory and cognitive support. The fulvic acid helps improve nutrient absorption and may support mitochondrial function (cellular energy). This is the main value of taking this product. The ashwagandha dosage is decent. The turmeric is probably a little low, and could benefit from the addition of black pepper for better absorption. That's not really a complaint, though, just an observation. The real benefit is the shilajit and fulvic acid. This is a product that I see having a lot of benefits. This two-pack is nice, and a solid two-month supply.

  So good to be good

  These are dangerously good! It is definitely a good thing there is a daily limit, or these would be hand to mouth like a regular bag of gummies. Show your restraint! Although not a regular molded gummy, these are mini cubes, which are soft, yet firm, and not all grossly sticky. I like the ingredient listing which contains a line up of goodness... fulvic acid, turmeric, ashwagandha, and of course the shilajit, holiness, pineapple & lemon Juice. I do like the name play Toniiq (Tonic), and I especially like that this is an American company, sourcing globally. As a man, we need more shilajit and fulvic acid in our diets, amongst other minerals too. I like the overall quality and taste of this product. I also like that this product is double safety sealed. I cannot attest to the overall value, but seems to be on the higher spectrum.
