  GREAT product if used PROPERLY

  This is a GREAT product, but only if you know what it actually is, how it works, what to expect and how to maximize its potential.Long story short, there are two vital processes that constantly occur in our body, AMPK and mTOR:AMPK activates energy production, fat burning, and cellular repair when energy is low.mTOR promotes growth, protein synthesis, and muscle building when nutrients and energy are abundant.Both processes are VERY important, and it's bad when one constantly dominates over another.There are supplements that may turn AMPK on and spermidine is one of them.This product contains 1mg of natural and 12mg of synthetic spermidine. That's a HIGH dose and may be effective.However, if this supplement is taken with plenty of food, especially simple carbohydrates, it will become useless because high carb intake will activate mTOR and suppress autophagy. That being said it works best when taken fasted and it's better to not have a meal for 1-2 hours after.Now what I personally do. I have certain days when I fix on AMPK activation. On those days I have 1 capsule of this supplement (because a serving size seems too strong to me) in the morning and don't eat until afternoon. I also combine it with other supplements that complement each other and make effect even better.NOTE! This product may cause hypoglycemia when taken fasted so it's always a good idea to consult with healthcare professional before experimenting with it.

  For your health

  "Spermidine may reduce the risk of numerous age-related diseases like cancer, metabolic disease, heart disease and neurodegeneration" . It also apparently has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Seems like a smart supplement to take. Toniq 3rd party tests this and posts the COA's so I feel safe taking their brand. The capsules are easy to swallow and the bottle came well sealed. I haven't had any digestive or bad experiences with this while taking it. This seems like a great buy.

  22mg of Spermidine 2 capsule serving, 60 capsules per bottle

  This bottle of, "Spermidine + Spermidine Complex" from Toniq contains 60 capsules, with each 2 capsule serving containing 21mg of Spermidine Trihydrochloride (Providing 12mg of molecular Spermidine) and 100mg of Rice Germ extract (Providing 1mg of molecular Spermidine). The capsules are of average size and I found them easy to swallow. The Suggested Serving on the bottle reads to take 2 capsules daily or as recommended by a healthcare professional. I've been taking these capsules for about 2 weeks and I've noticed nothing out of the ordinary, so no complaints. These capsules are produced in a GMP-certified and NSF-approved manufacturing facility in the USA and also 3rd party tested.
