    Important detox supplement at a reasonable price

    This product is great for regular detoxing. Especially since I take a couple supplements that can be a little hard on the liver, it's great to have milk thistle available to do 3 day "wash outs" every other week. Ive tried more expensive milk thistle and I think this product is up to par with the best. As always I love your packaging, and love to reuse my empties for storage.     Good for the liver

    My wife is a health and wellness practitioner who takes loads of supplements. Thus, I am exposed to some of the must take supplements including milk thistle for the liver. Other than the ingredients for the capsule, there aren't any other vitamins/minerals blended into the formulation which is great. However, I'm not a fan of "Marketing Math" such as 50,000 mg (50 grams or 1.76 ounces) that is now promoted on the package (mine didn't have it). These capsules appear to be of decent quality and potency.
