This PQQ 40 mg is amazing…i made the mistake of taking this late in the day and I had trouble sleeping.. cause it does give you energy and focus, now I make sure to only take early in the morning. I found that when I've taken this for consecutive days..and then don't take it..I feel lacking and depleted…so to avoid that out of balance state, I decided to only take it on days that I know I'll need extra energy and focus and not consecutively.
