    I started taking DHEA several years ago, slowly working my way up from a few mg to 25 mg. The Toniiq DHEA is 25 mg per serving of one capsule. I believe that DHEA provides me with additional energy. These capsules are a reasonable size and easy to swallow.

This is the basis for why some support the use of supplement forms of DHEA for men looking to increase their testosterone levels. I recently started taking many supplements but can feel a slight improvement in my testosterone. I'm going to have to do a follow up in a couple weeks and see what happens.
