FAQs
How big should a 10 inch subwoofer box be?
A standard sealed enclosure for a 10 inch subwoofer typically requires between 0.5 to 1.2 cubic feet of internal air space per driver. This American Sound Connection box offers an optimized 1.04 cubic feet of air space per subwoofer, making it ideal for most standard subwoofers.
What size is the dual 10 inch subwoofer box?
The dimensions for this specific pre-built enclosure are approximately 52 inches wide, 20 inches deep, and 9.5 inches high. It is custom-molded to match the contours beneath the rear seats of compatible Dodge Ram trucks.
Do you need advice on whether your specific Ram trim level has under-seat storage that must be removed for installation?
Many premium or higher-tier Dodge Ram trim levels come equipped with a factory under-seat storage fold-out tray or plastic bin. To ensure this custom dual 10 inch subwoofer enclosure sits completely flush and fits properly, you will need to unbolt and remove that factory storage partition before installation.
Is this American Sound Connection subwoofer box an authentic USA import available in India?
Yes, it is entirely authentic. Dropy India sources this American Sound Connection enclosure directly from authorized distributors in the USA, ensuring Indian car audio enthusiasts receive a genuine product shipped safely to their doorstep.
Will this dual subwoofer enclosure fit a Dodge Ram Mega Cab model?
No, this enclosure is specifically engineered and contoured only for the 2019 through 2025 Dodge Ram Quad Cab and Crew Cab models. The floor pan and seating layout of the Mega Cab are different, making this specific box incompatible with that trim.
