    Easy to swallow

    To begin, the bottle has 30 easy to swallow capsules and the recommendation on the bottle is one daily. I put up a pic where it indicates a 3 month supply so not sure how they blundered that but taken as directed, it is 30 day's worth. Nonetheless, this certain micro-friend resides way deep in the intestine, assuming you eat healthy enough to maintain a healthy array of gut flora. The inulin from the chicory root is among one of the more common addons that helps probiotics survive the stomach acids and make their way to their new home, your gut. I take one every few days or so with a healthy meal of sorts and some green tea. The Akkermansia likes green tea more than I do so I doctor it a little. This is a decent value for the money, especially for being made in the states.

    I have had good experience with Codeage supplements and their Akkermansia Synbiotic supplement doesn't disappoint. It is formulated with Akkermansia muciniphila as probiotic and chicory inulin as prebiotic fiber. It appears to be of good quality and potent. The suggested use is to take 1 capsule daily. The capsules are vegan and easy to swallow.This comes in an light opaque plastic bottle, double-sealed. This is a 30-day supply. I like that it is cGMP-certified and made in USA. Overall, I'm pretty pleased with this. Akkermansia muciniphila is often billed as the next-gen probiotic. Decently priced for an Akkermansia supplement. It's worth a consideration.

    Happy healthy gut
