  This is definitely one of the better all‑in‑one multivitamin formulas I've used to support my training endurance and recovery. Rather than just combining a bunch of standard vitamins, this feels purpose‑built for active individuals with an interesting mix of performance and recovery‑focused nutrients. What sets it apart is the depth of the ingredient profile: Vitamins and minerals like magnesium, folate, and iron cover foundational support most multis skip or underdose. Creatine and taurine are nice additions (creatine for strength and power output, taurine for muscle and nerve support). Both are meaningful inclusions you don't usually see in a multivitamin. Electrolytes help with hydration balance, which is especially useful if you train hard or sweat a lot. CoQ10 and PQQ bring in mitochondrial support..something that feels forward‑thinking for energy and recovery at the cellular level. UC‑II collagen is an unexpected but welcome addition if you care about joint resilience and connective tissue support. The capsules are on the larger side, but they're manageable, and I haven't had any stomach issues with them. I like that the formula is non‑GMO and doesn't rely on a bunch of fillers or artificial additives.   Complete Multivitamin! Powerhouse of a Supplement!

  This supplement is jam packed with great vitamins, minerals, and more. The vitamins are methylated meaning your body can use it immediately which is necessary for people with the MTHFR gene mutation (me). The zinc and iron are also chelated which means it enhances gut absorption because it binds to amino acids. The vitamin C is also from Acerola cherry which is so nice to see besides just ascorbic acid. There are other powerhouses in this blend including creatine, taurine, D-ribose and PQQ (which I am just learning about).The pill size is a good size and easy to swallow. There is no odor or taste. I have noticed that I have more energy, I am more regular in the morning, and I am sleeping better. This multivitamin is also GMP-Certified which means it has strict standards and is tested by a third party so the ingredients they say are in the product are actually in the product.With any supplement, you have to look at the serving size and servings per container. Even though there are 120 capsules, the serving size is 4 capsules so it lasts you 30 days. This is $2 a day. It is a bit pricey, but I think this is a good value considering the vitamins are methylated and chelated along with the other great ingredients.

  First effective multivitamin supplement

  High quality forms and I was looking for a multivitamin that contains a reputable form of minerals. I've taken other multivitamins before and have never noticed changes in my performance as a martial arts athlete. While the difference is not night and day, this multivitamin paired with the creatine has been effective in improving my daily energy levels. The capsules themselves are larger than I was initially comfortable with, although it would be difficult to pack a meaningful amount of vitamins in anything smaller without needing to take over 6 capsules. I have managed to get used to it fortunately. No negative effects despite having a sensitive stomach either. This is a more expensive supplement compared to the competition, so it may not be within range for everyone, although this is the first time I've ever had any meaningful results with multivitamins by comparison. I've kept up with taking it daily as recommended, paired with a cleaner diet and my body is thanking me for it.

  promising

  This is a very promising multivitamin for me as a daily runner. I've been taking these (4 per day) for about two weeks now, and although I couldn't verify its efficacy scientifically, I've been feeling good overall every day. I feel less fatigue at night and early in the morning, and it might just be how I wanted to feel, knowing that I'm taking this new multivitamin, but I am sure these athletic activity oriented, formulated multivitamins do something good. I do see that this has ingredients other brands don't, such as taurine and creatine, and that's definitely a plus for me. The capsules are easy to swallow since they are regular sized, and I had no uneasiness or anything after taking them. The bottle has 120 capsules, enough for a one month supply, and I just take 2 in the morning and 2 after dinner. Price wise, this one is on the high side (50 cents per capsule or 2 dollars per day), and I do think that's quite expensive, but again, this one is formulated differently for a specific purpose. However, I do wish it were a bit less expensive since I do like them.
