    Targeted bone ingredients.

    This supplement contains vitamins, minerals, and herbs targeted for bone health. While I can get some of these ingredients in a multivitamin, some in a calcium supplement, and many in separate herbal products, I appreciate that they're all here in one bottle. I also like that the zinc is balanced properly with copper.The dosage is 3 capsules a day which I take in a divided dose of 2 in the morning and 1 in the evening. I had no side effects, but I know the benefits will take time to notice. My confidence is high in this supplement due to the rigorous testing, certifications, liposomal delivery system, and manufacturing in the USA. Expiration date is 2/28. Highly recommended.

    Bone Health Support

    I really love Codeage products. This is a unique blend that I'm taking to help support my aging bones. It has vitamins, minerals and various herbs and isn't just a calcium supplement. Truth be told, I wasn't familiar with some of these ingredients like horsetail and bamboo, but it turns out they can be useful. I appreciate that the dosage on the individual ingredients isn't too heavy in any one area, which is really common these days. I took these for about a month and it's hard to say how effective they are, given the nature of this type of supplement, but I trust the brand and blend. I didn't notice any taste or stomach impacts when I took them. The pills were reasonably small and easy to swallow. Codeage is pretty high of the pricing spectrum, but this particular supplement is priced fairly for a month's supply.

    You can never go wrong with Codeage products and this one is no different. They are so easy to take and a good value with ingredients you can trust. These daily vitamins have really made me feel like they are taking good effect on my health. they don't upset my stomach or have any taste or smell, so they are easy to take.     Great blend

    The capsules are big but still easy enough to wash down. The blend of supplements is quite good too, and while there's a bit of a taste it's easy enough to wash away afterwards. And I haven't had any kind of stomach pain or bloating as a result of these so I've been working on taking it regularly.
