    Helped with crazy hormones

    I'm 44 and Pre- Menopausal this helped most of the hormone issues that go along with that . It evened out my mood swings, migraines, lightened my flow , and helped with the break outs on my face. I take 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening LOVE LOVE LOVE. Oh and I didn't get sick when the rest of the house did.

    Miracle pills

    I swear these miracle vitamins kept me healthy this past winter break.I have spent the last two Christmas breaks off of work sicker than heck, for an entire month! But I started taking these mostly everyday from October to now and all I got was a one or two day ick when coworkers all around me were down for the count.I highly recommend, even if they do taste like ass and don't dare to take them on an empty stomach. I find it's easiest to take them right before bed.
