    I bought it because of the good reviews. Ove been taking it for about 2 weeks now and maybe noticing some (positive) effects like less shoulder joint pain (not completely gone but some improvement) and imprived skin elasticity. It smells and tastes like knox unlfavored gelatin. It's tolerable. I add it to chamomile tea or I've even taken it with just hot water (no other flavoring). I'll keep using and hopefully it will get rid of my achy joint.
