It operates
I noticed a difference over time with my workouts when using this versus when not using it. I wish that I could quantify this better and in a more scientific way, but basically I felt like I recovered more quickly and had more energy when using it.No, I didn't feel like Goku or something and I didn't feel like I was brimming with energy. I just felt like myself, but like I could keep going. It basically boosted my endurance. So I could get higher amounts of reps before reaching the same level of exhaustion and when I did reach those levels I became able to move and do more at a faster rate than normal. So I guess my energy regeneration/use/efficiency improved. If I had to put a number on it, I'd say 10-15%.The powder itself was okay, I just mixed it in with either some aguas frescas packs in water or in hot chocolate just to easily down it and not be buggered with the taste.

It's creatine with HMB+. What more can I say? The creatine seems like industry-quality. I'm not sure I noticed a difference with the addition of the HMB+ though. I think for the price, it can't hurt to have it. It worked great for me though. I went through the whole container. I noticed similar gains to taking standard creatine. Overall, I'd say this is a great product and I can recommend it to others.
