  Great daily Symbiotic

  THIS... Is the Codeage daily Synbiotic with a small capsule that is actually pretty good. Lets take a look at the formula starting with the probiotics. It has several clinically proven ingredients such as Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, L. plantarum and Bifidobacterium lactis which work to improve gut health and really improve the quality of your stools, L. plantarum is also anti inflammatory. Moving on, for prebiotics , Organic Chicory Root is what really feeds Bifidobacteria in the gut, further improving your gut health. There is also mineral support as well such as Zinc, L-Glutamine and Deglycyrrhizinated Licorice which compound to improve gut health, with glutamine supporting leaky gut. This compound also includes black pepper extract which is a nice +1 as it helps the body absorb all the compounds in the capsule, which is also coated to survive the gut longer to promote absorption. This supplement is also a small brand in America, made in America in a certified cGMP facility which means it is generally going to be a safer facility. Overall, this is a really high quality symbiotic and a quick addition to my daily supplement stack for my gut health. It is worth noting that this contains BioPerine (black pepper) which increases absorption of these compounds, and also EVERYTHING else such as medications, so be careful if you are on several medications.

  Great supp

  I make sure to take probiotics daily! These have been an amazing addition to my daily habit. They're easy to take, come from a brand i trust, and I feel amazing!

  solid probiotic

  I've tried a lot of different probiotics and this is a solid one. These are easy to swallow capsules that so far have not given me any upset stomach and have no after taste. The current listed price of about 25 dollars USD at the time of this review for 30 capsules is a decent price, about on par with standard brands from grocery stores and department stores. Instead of just one or two strains of bacteria, this is a multi-strain formula along with some other goodies that help the bacteria to thrive and do their job. The best way to see results is to take regularly, which I have been doing. These seem to work a little better than my standard big box store probiotics-- they make my stomach happier. Overall a good product for regularity and digestion. This is a very reputable brand as well, made in a GMP-certified facility, so I have better peace of mind with Codeage than I do with the million no-name brands floating around on Dropy. As with all health products, please confirm with your doctor that this is a good product for you; not everyone's microbiome takes well to these kinds of things and they can affect or interact with other supplements and medications.

  So much in one capsule!

  I've been taking both prebiotics and probiotics for years, and somehow it never occurred to me that I could get both in one supplement. I really like that this combines prebiotics, probiotics, L-glutamine, and zinc-it brings together several things I was already taking separately, which makes things a lot more convenient.Another big plus for me is that the serving size is just one capsule. It truly simplifies things compared to juggling multiple supplements throughout the day. The capsules themselves are standard size, easy to swallow, not chalky, and only have a very mild odor (which is pretty typical for supplements).Overall, I really don't have any complaints with this one. It's convenient, well-rounded, and easy to incorporate into a daily routine. I rarely give 5 stars but I couldn't justify taking stars off for anything with this pill.
