    Helped me gain control over my eating

    After having a wedding six months ago where I ate cake and lots of carbs, I have STRUGGLED to restrict my calorie (especially carbs) intake for 6 months and was unable to do so every day due to extreme cravings and giving in and gaining or only maintaining my weight each day, and I gained 20 pounds in 6 months! I tried this now for four days, and I am back in control. This takes the edge off that feeling of being famished and has given me decent control of what I eat and I have started slowly but surely losing the weight I gained after my wedding. I will update this review if I find it no longer is helping. Otherwise I will reorder indefinitely.

    Good GLP 1

    If you're on a GLP-1, this is a good probiotic to try.

    This particular probiotic was a game changer for me and my husband while on a GLP-1. We already took a probiotic, but after starting a GLP-1, we were aware that constipation could be a side-effect and we were trying to be prepared for any and all side-effects before we started. Well, we started and loved the results, but yes, constipation is a thing to deal with; and this probiotic (1 in the morning) has been a game changer. Both of us are regular and we saw the change as soon as we started this probiotic. It's a bit more expensive than usual pro-b's but to us it's worth it.
