  Easy to take

  I'm in my late 30s so I'm trying to get ahead of again as much as possible by addressing things internally and externally. There's a lot of good data about biotin, collagen and hyaluronic acid.Appearance wise, nothing to wrote home about. Standard capsules, a little large but easy enough to swallow with no taste or odor. The bottle is a little squat compared to what I usually get vitamins in but similar in size. The font and monochrome look give it kind of a modern and medical vibe.Hard to say much of anything for results at this point, I feel like the main ingredients all require much longer term use to see any discernible effects. I have not had any negative effects and my nails seems just as strong as they were on a different biotin supplement. I do like that it's not loaded with b12, sometimes too much of that makes me feel buzzy in a bad way and a lot of these types of supplements go hard on the b vitamins.Overall, happy with the supplement at this point though not sure if the cost to benefit ratio is what I'm looking for given the availability of similar competing products. I wouldn't not pay for it though if it was the most effective for me personally.

This one has Collagen from Fish.The QualityThe jar doesn't say so, but I did a search, this company does do Third Party Testing. They are also Non-GMO and cGMP.Do These Work?Well… It's a bit too early to tell if they are working really well on me, and there's only enough for one month, but honestly I can tell you it is a good formula for the hair, here's why…Almost Complete Hair FormulaMost are missing something, but this is one of the best. It actually has a good form of Keratin AND Silica. It has a good Collagen AND Hyaluronic Acid. It doesn't have Iodine or some other minerals and things that your hair MAY need, like Kudzu, Fo-Ti Root, or Saw Palmetto, etc… but you can take some of those separately, like Saw Palmetto. It is not expensive.The thing is, how do you know what your hair may need? I have found through experimentation that you just have to try different brands until you find the one that has everything that your own hair is deficient in. When I did, my barber was the first to notice new hair growing in on top of my scalp.The one that helped me the most was NuHair Rejuvenation for Men. It doesn't seem to be made any more, but most of the ingredients are in other formulas.The SmellThere is NO bad smell in this jar. There's hardly a smell at all.Size of CapsulesNot too big for me. The ONLY ones I struggle with though, are Ester-C tablets. Those things are just little too big and the wrong shape, other than that, I'm fine.

  Codeage is a Great Brand!

  I am a big fan of Codeage supplements and find the company to be reliable, have good quality products, and to not cause me any stomach issues. I got these because I am always interested in and ready to try better options for having better hair, skin, and nails! I liked that these contained a mix of standard ingredients you see in supplements of this sort, along with some additional content that isn't as common, such as Dermaval, L-Proline, and Hyaluronic Acid.The recommended dose is 2 pills. I don't typically take 2 because I take other supplements from this same brand and they have a few overlapping ingredients that I don't want to take too much of (like Biotin). It can be a bit challenging to mix and match some of their different supplements because of that but I alternate them and it works for me.I'm not sure if the "platinum" in this is in reference to an age as the bottle doesn't specify and I don't recall that being stated in the listing when I got them, but another reviewer mentioned that. If so, I'm not in the targeted age bracket because I'm in my 30's, but I still can say that I like this supplement. I cannot speak to longterm effectiveness yet because one bottle isn't usually enough to see a major change in hair or nails, but I always can tell a minor improvement in my skin when I take any of the Codeage skin-related mixes--it's a subtle glow and clarity that I can see but others probably can't. I like to think I am supporting the longer term antiaging goal, so I am happy to take them even if I don't see immediate "miracle" results.I recommend this as a reliable, reputable, and trustworthy brand with effective and decently priced options. They are not the cheapest option out there by any means, but they also aren't the most expensive. I consider these to be a better value in that I trust the quality and the brand, which is something I am willing to pay a bit more money for!
