  Potent longevity and cellular energy stack.

  Over the years, I've tried many astaxanthin and coenzyme Q10 supplements, but I'd never tried or even heard of Pentadecanoic Acid (C15:0). I did some research before taking it. C15:0 is an odd-chain saturated fatty acid found naturally in small amounts in dairy fat and some fish. It may support cell membranes and reduce cellular stress, but the human evidence is still limited. So this is the most experimental ingredient in the capsule.What I like most about this Codeage supplement is that the dosages of each ingredient are similar to those in many standalone supplements, so it replaces the need to take three different products.It includes 150 mg of coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10), which is a meaningful daily amount. However, the label doesn't specify whether it uses ubiquinone or ubiquinol.The 10 mg of astaxanthin is also in the range used in many studies. It is derived from the algae Haematococcus pluvialis, a natural source that is usually used in higher-quality supplements.The canister contains 30 capsules, with a serving size of 1 capsule, so it lasts 30 days. The capsules are medium-sized, and I haven't had any trouble swallowing them. There's a very mild smell when opening the bottle, likely coming naturally from some of the ingredients. I take 1 capsule in the morning with breakfast and drink plenty of water with it. I haven't had any digestive issues, aftertaste, or other side effects so far.I haven't noticed any obvious effects from taking it, which is expected. I'd already been taking astaxanthin and coenzyme Q10 for years before switching to this supplement. My goal is simply to maintain the results I've already had from long-term use and add C15:0.This is the second Codeage supplement I've tried, and so far I've been quite happy with their quality. According to information on the brand's website, their supplements are made in cGMP facilities and go through third-party testing.The label on the actual canister doesn't have any GMP or third-party testing logos, which doesn't automatically mean lower quality or worse manufacturing standards. Still, I'd feel a bit more confident if the canister had one or both certifications.
