    This Codeage CoQ10 with Vitamin E offers us a liposomal delivery system that can increase the effectiveness of the supplement and reduce its side effects, if any. Why take it? Well, CoQ10 and Vitamin E have been shown to help support cardiovascular health and energy production. Here you have both ingredients in one capsule making it so convenient to consume them at the same time. The bottle contains 60 capsules enough for a two-month supply with a suggested serving size of one capsule. I engage in a number of sports and exercise programs so I am hoping that the supplement provides me with more energy and endurance to reach my goals in athletics. The supplement is non-GMO, vegan and free of dairy products, soy, and gluten. It is manufactured in a GMP-certified facility in the USA. As far as I know, the FDA has not evaluated nor certified the efficacy of the product nor the statements made concerning it so you may first wish to consult with your healthcare professional before taking it. I can report that I find the capsules easy to swallow with no adverse side effects. Will my athletic performance improve now that I am using the product? It's too early to know for sure, but I am hopeful that it will. Plus, the liposomal delivery system should enhance the delivery and bioavailability of its component ingredients helping me to get up to speed faster.

    Cardiovascular protection

    CoQ10 supports heart function in heart disease. I really think ubiquinol is the best however, this is the one I purchased this time reduces your blood pressure, enhances exercise performance, competing statin induced side effects, and overall cardiovascular protection. I am a healthy, senior citizen.

    High quality, 3rd party tested CoQ10

    This is a great Coq10 supplement. Each softgel contains 250mg CoQ10 and 14mg VItamin E isomers (73% of your daily value). The vitamin E is sourced from natural rice bran, which is an excellent and healthy source.CoQ10 in oil-based formulations absorbs better than dry powder, although I'm not sure how much research there is to support liposomal formulations over other oil-based forms. Likely the bioavailability is similar, so any oil based CoQ10 should work well.Ubiquinol (in softgel form) would be a better choice in my opinion, as it is more effective at boosting your body's CoQ10 levels, but this depends on the dosage. 100mg ubiquinol may not be more effective than 250mg coq10, etc.Overall - it's a high quality CoQ10 supplement which a good dosage. At only 60 servings per bottle, it's not the best value - but the quality is excellent. 3rd party tested for potency and purity.

    Good product.

    I'm never sure if I need supplements but I have a problem with PVCs so i take a few supplements that help heart health. I also take Atorvastatin and I read that it can deplete coQ10. I trust this manufacturer. And crazy as this sounds I like the packaging.
