The bottle contains 30 capsules with the suggested use being to take 1 capsule daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner, with 8 ounces of water or your favorite beverage and that it may be taken with or without food. The bottle's label has information about the company, other ingredients, that it's made in USA with globally sourced ingredients, cGMP-Certified Manufacturing, and so on. The capsules are of a typical size, easy to swallow.The bottle contains 30 capsules, with each serving being 1 capsule, so, 30 servings. Each 1 capsule serving contains:100mg - Vitamin C (from Sodium Ascorbate)100mcg - Selenium (as L-Selenomethionine)75mg - L-Glutathione30mg - L-ErgothioneineErgothioneine is an interesting supplement from what I've read about it, it is an amino acid that is mostly found in fungi, and that it is stored in certain areas of the body. I've noticed nothing out of the ordinary after weeks of taking the capsules and my stomach handled it without a problem, so I had no digestion issues. I can't say I noticed any improvement in my skin. I have no complaints, and I appreciate how up front Codeage is with certain information on the bottle's label. Made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients.

  High-quality antioxidant supplement!

  This is the first time I've tried ergothioneine, and while the research on it is interesting and promising... What I've experienced in the short time I've taken it makes me want to continue taking it. I would say the effect is subtle, but noticeable for me--My perimenopause-foggy brain feels so much clearer. I decided to try this because I was impressed by the research on healthy aging, so the fact that I noticed immediate results was a pretty great bonus.These capsules are on the small side and are easy to swallow. They have a faint slightly-sour mushroomy-odor that isn't really noticeable other than in the bottle. The capsules are tasteless and I did not notice any aftertaste. I have taken these both with and without food, and I did not experience any digestive upset.I really like Codeage, and I have tried many of their supplements. My experience with them is that while their supplements typically come with a higher price tag that many of their competitors, their products are high-quality and effective and generally worth the price difference. This supplement was $29.99 at the time I ordered it, which comes out to about $1 per day for the one month supply that is in this bottle.If this continues to effectively mitigate my brain-fog, I will be ordering it again and recommending it to family members.

  Outstanding Antioxidant Support from Trusted Brand

  I've come to depend on and trust the Codeage brand name, as my medicine cabinet is full of their supplement products. This one has antioxidant powerhouses, and I take it for energy, immunity, and skin support. After finishing the bottle, I can say that I have found it effective, in terms of how I feel and look! I have more pep in my step without any jitters, and have an overall feeling of great wellbeing. I take this with food and it digests easily without any ill side effects like upset stomach.   Let's give this anti-aging thing a try!

  I've recently been learning more about supplements for anti-aging. I'm very intrigued by the idea. In my research, this is a very very helpful supplement and can provide a lot of benefit. I've been taking it daily for about 2 weeks now and am very pleased with my energy levels. Overall this is something I'd want to take long term to see what benefits I could get. The capsules are easy to take, not too big, and no bad taste or smell.
