    good supplement

    I have been using them for about a month now and it has been helping me to maintain my weight. I have noticed that it feels like I have a bit more energy. I have not noticed any negative side-effects from these. I would say that if you keep up with taking them, you will start to see their positive effectiveness.

    Green Tea Capsules are Great!

    I have been taking these for a while now, and really like them. The size of the pill is great - not to big and if you want, you can actually open the capsule to add the powder to a beverage - I have put this in my smoothies.You get 60 capsules -2 per day so you have a compete month supply of green tea to aid in optimal health!

    Good Supplement

    I love green tea, but, unfortunately, I have a super sensitive stomach and if I drink more than one cup, I end up in pain. Since you need to drink quite a lot to get the optimum effects, I've taken to supplements. There is a month's worth of pills in this bottle, making it a fair cost for the amount. There is a slight smell upon opening, but nothing you wouldn't expect from green tea, which can be pungent. This isn't so strong, and the taste is also minimal. After consuming, I had no aftertaste and didn't experience any stomach upset.

    Benefits of Matcha and Green Tea is an Easy to Take Form

    I really dislike matcha tea, but love the benefits, so I was definitely willing to try these supplements instead. The capsules are completely tasteless and super easy to swallow, no weird flavors at all. I take them on a full stomach, mostly because I have sensitivity. They're vegan and made with clean, high-quality ingredients, which I appreciate. I like how transparent this company is about the manufacturing and business practices. 30 servings (60 capsules) for just under 27 dollars at the time of writing this review is, in my opinion, on the higher end, but this is a quality product and as I take it longer and see results will probably be worth it.
