    Seems to give me more energy

    I take this just by dumping it directly into my mouth, like I usually do with inositol powder. There are other ingredients in this, but the taste is fine, and it's faster that way. I really like the ingredients on this one, which is why I got it. I like that it contains CoQ10 and Methylfolate, since they are two supplements I already take. I also like that it is liposomal, meaning that I don't have to take the CoQ10 with fat (which you have to do in general.)So far I've noticed a boost in energy after taking this! I only take it earlier in the day because CoQ10 can be stimulating.
