  I've been taking kava kava off-and-on for the better part of a couple decades. Kava kava, for me, promotes relaxation, and is excellent to help me wind down at the end of the day and help me get a good nights sleep. This product is standardized to 30% kavalactones, which is pretty high, and also includes magnesium and l-theanine further boosting its relaxation effects.My product arrived with two safety seals, both an outer and an inner foil. The jar is packed with cotton to ensure the capsules don't break open. There were no broken capsules or loose powder in the jar. The product has a faint smell of kava kava root and this jar of 60 is a 30 day supply. Other great features about this product is that its vegan, soy, dairy and gluten free, and is manufactured in a cGMP certified facility.Overall, an effective and great product.

  Wonderful Product

  I received these pills a while ago and I finally am giving them my review. I did not take daily because it is a pill that you take occasionally. It seems to work really well for me this way. The ingredients are right on, and the potency is perfect for me. It really does help with the calm and relaxation of the nerves.
