Quality B Vitamin Complex That Feels Worth Sticking With
Started taking this a couple weeks ago and it has been easy to work into my routine. I like that it has the active forms of B9, B12, and B6 so my body can use them right away and it also includes TMG for extra support. The capsules are small and easy to swallow with no aftertaste. I like that it is vegan and made without soy, dairy, or gluten. Having a two month supply in one bottle is convenient and the liposomal delivery gives me some peace of mind that I am actually absorbing what I am taking. While it is hard to say for sure how well a supplement like this is working, the ingredients and quality give me confidence it is a good one to stick with.
