    Best brand of Magnesium Glycinate!

    I've tried several brands of Magnesium Glycinate and this one is the only one that actually makes a significant difference in symptoms.This successfully keeps bowels moving and also drastically improved my sleep. I can't be without it. I've been taking it dutifully for 6mo. I get the best results with 4-6 pills per day, split into two doses.

    I slept so well!

    I don't write reviews very often. I am in menopause. I take 10 mg of Ambien and progesterone to sleep. I was taking a different magnesium supplement prior to last night and I did not sleep well.
