Codeage Magnesium Glycinate
Codeage Liposomal Magnesium Glycinate is a really clean, no fillers Magnesium. I was taking Magnesium oxide from the pharmacy but not seeing results and dr kept saying my Magnesium was depleted. I started with Codeage about 3 weeks ago & noticed im sleeping better, no leg cramps and getting regular bm. Generally feeling better. Best part is my bloodwork showed a slight improvement in my Magnesium count. This is a great product & one to consider if you need Magnesium.

Best magnesium I've tried
This stuff is changing my life. That sounds dramatic, I know. I tried a 3 mag blend below this with traccs, and I tried just regular mag glycinate.I've been dealing with restless legs in a very severe way. I am someone who is tapering from MAT. My mag levels are low and the RLS had me up for 3 weeks at night by the time these came.Idk if it's because it's liposomal, but within 2 days of taking the full recommended amount, my RLS was gone, I feel wayyyyyy less anxiety in over all, and I've been sleeping a minimum of 3-4 gotta at night which is HUGE for me. They have also helped my husband. This is a high quality form and I would recommend it, they are worth the price especially if other ones have not worked. The bioperine might also be helping.

Helps with my sleep. You do need to take 4 each night. I did try to use less to make it last longer.
