  Excellent and thoughtful product, beautiful packaging.

  First off, many supplements upset my stomach until my system gets used to them, this one did not! A huge win for me! From what I read and feel- the quality of this product is excellent. This brand took the time to understand how the body accepts certain supplements and produced the product that way. I haven't taken it long enough to say weither it works or not, but I can say as far as supplements go the fact that this did not bother my system is excellent. Easy to take with or without food, I took about 20 minutes post breakfast. The packaging is very sleek and non medicinal, which I appreciate these days. I can keep it out without it making my nightstand look like a pharmacy. 2 capsules, a day which is fair- I don't like getting a 15 day supply and have to take four capsules or tablets daily. Overall, I think this is a product that will work for me, has been researched and developed well, and has beautiful packaging. If I experience anything negative from this product I will update my experience here! I believe the price is fair for the quality of this product and the ingredients in it. 10/10

  Great milk thistle supplement

  The standout feature of this milk thistle supplement is that it uses liposomal technology to help with absorption. Furthermore, it also includes black pepper extract in order to help with absorption as well. To me, that's what sets the supplement apart and makes it a quality product, however, it also has some nice ingredients added in like alpha lipoic acid, dandelion root extract, and artichoke leaf extract. I would like to see more information about the extracts as the actual ratios of each extract is not indicated on the label. While the bottle does contain 60 capsules, it's important to note that each serving is two capsules making this a 30 serving supply. It is recommended to take two capsules per day, so the supplement should last about a month and, given that it uses liposomal technology, I'd say that this is a fair value. The bottle was sealed well, but the label did have a lot of small writing that was a little difficult to interpret. The expiration date can be found on the bottom of the bottle, and the bottle I received expires in July 2028. The supplement is non-GMO, soy-free, dairy-free, and gluten-free. It also follows good manufacturing practices to make sure that the supplement is of the highest quality. I found that these capsules were easy to swallow, didn't have any taste, and we're gentle on my stomach.

  Good Liposomal Milk Thistle Supplement with additional ingredients

  We've used the Codeage brand of supplements in the past and have felt they've been of good quality. This Milk Thistle supplement has a number of ingredients in addition to the Milk Thistle. They're listed as:Milk Thistle Seed Extract (Silybum marianum; Std. to 80% Silymarin),Artichoke Leaf Extract (Cynara scolymus; Std. to 5% Cynarin),Dandelion Root Extract,N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine,Alpha Lipoic Acid,BioPerine Black Pepper Extract (Piper nigrum; fruit; Std. to 95% Piperine).Other Ingredients are listed as: Methylcellulose Capsule, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Codeage Helix Liposomal Delivery (providing phospholipids from non-GMO sunflower lecithin, including phosphatidylcholine), Silicon Dioxide.It seems liek the fillers are to help with "delivery" of the supplement. I also like it when there's not very many other ingredients. It has Silicone Dioxide in it.Hopefully, that gives a good idea of what you get.
