More motivation
I just started these a few weeks ago, but I have already noticed a bump in my motivation and energy levels. If I take the full dose (2 capsules), I noticed I crashed harder in the afternoon (I'm 8 months postpartum, up all night with a teething baby, have two other kids that I homeschool, and I have adrenal issues and Lyme). But if I only take one capsule in the morning I feel really good, so I'm doing that for now along with a few other supplements and dietary/ lifestyle things.This is a good quality supplement with clean ingredients and I'm hopeful it's benefits continue to add up for me. I will update this review in a few months if I notice any new changes!
