  Almost as good as Z-pack/antibiotic.

  I have this sinus/throat bacterial infection that just won't go away. A short course of azithromycin sort of helps but does not completely eradicate it. Anytime my immune system got compromised due to lack of sleep/stress, etc. the infection creeped in. This supplement keeps the bacteria in check and I don't get full blown ill.

  Everything but the kitchen sink

  This is one of the more comprehensive liposomal immune support blends I've seen. There are lots of others that have just as many varied ingredients, but most of those aren't liposomal, so you don't get as much benefit from those ingredients. On the downside, liposomal usually means more expensive, and this blend is no exception. At the time of this review, the price is $34.99 for 1 month of capsules, when there are many non-liposomal formulas out there that are far cheaper. I can't tell how effective it is because, without some sort of immune system testing, that's a very subjective thing. The suggested dose of 3 capsules is a bit much to swallow in one sitting, so I usually space them out throughout the day for more consistent immune support. But I've tried immunity blends that require as many as 10 capsules a day, so just 3 doesn't seem so bad after that.
