It's easy to take-just one or two capsules a day-and I like that it combines different kinds of magnesium along with a couple of B vitamins. It is vegan, non-GMO, and free from dairy, soy, and gluten. Magnesium is extremely important for hundreds of internal processes and I am making sure that I am not deficient.I really enjoyed taking these vegan capsules.   A quality magnesium blend

  I decided to try this Codeage Liposomal MultiMagnesium supplement because I was looking for a magnesium product with a more comprehensive formula. I like that it contains five different forms of magnesium along with vitamin B6 and folate, so everything is conveniently combined into one supplement.I've been taking it for about 10 days. Since I have a sensitive stomach, I eased into it instead of starting with the full serving. The recommended serving is three capsules daily, but I began with one capsule for the first four days, then increased to two before working up to the full serving. I also take it with food, and I've tolerated it well without any stomach upset.The capsules are on the larger side, so that's something to keep in mind if you have difficulty swallowing larger pills. Other than that, the capsules are easy enough to take, and I appreciate that the gradual increase worked well for me.Overall, this has been a positive experience so far.
