  This bottle of Liposomal NMN 100 from Codeage arrived to me as shown in the listing here. I take NMN daily, I've done this for years with some short breaks here and there I'm familiar with NMN, and how I feel when I take it, and this Liposomal NMN 1000 from Codeage feels like proper NMN to me. The suggested Use is for Adults to take 2 capsules daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner, with 8 ounces of water or your favorite beverage, and that it may be taken with or without food.The bottle contains 90 capsules, with each serving being 2 capsules. So, 45 days worth. Each 2 capsule serving contains:1,000mg - NMN (Beta-Nicotinamide Mononucleotide)42.5mg - Betaine Anhydrous (Trimethyglycine)Other Ingredients: Methylcellulose Capsule, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Silica, Codeage Helix Liposomal Delivery (Providing phospholipids from non-GMO sunflower Lecithin, including Phosphatidylcholine).I prefer to take about 500mg of NMN daily, and that is easy to here, just take 1 capsule instead of 2. The bottle's label has information about the company, other ingredients, that it's made in USA with globally sourced ingredients, cGMP-Certified Manufacturing, and so on.   Good liposomal NMN

  I got this Codeage Liposomal NMN 1000mg Supplement to try after reading about Nicotinamide Mononucleotide in one of Dave Asprey's books. His insights on biohacking and cellular longevity sparked my curiosity, and I wanted to find a high-quality NMN supplement to try and see if it's something I want to incorporate into my own wellness routine for its purported anti-aging and energy benefits.Codeage has become a brand I trust for quality, since they have high standards and their products are manufactured in the USA in cGMP-certified facilities. So I felt comfortable and good with trying their NMN. I generally look for clean formulations and ingredient lists in particular with as few fillers and added ingredients as possible.The ingredient list for this NMN looked good. And I specifically like that this formula does not contain magnesium stearate as an added excipient, which can be hard to find in encapsulated supplements. It feels like a very clean, well-thought-out product. As for the supplement, I've started with just one capsule at 500 mg. I haven't had any negative side effects, but I will report back if I notice any negative effects. I haven't had any noticeable effects yet, but I don't know how to gauge anti-aging effects in a short time frame. I will have to see how I feel after taking the whole bottle to see if it's something I want to continue with. It's a pricey supplement, so it's an investment.
