Love the mixture but contains sunflower lecithin

I love a lot of CodeAge's supplements and especially love the quality with third party testing results available to ensure both content and purity. These are a bit on the expensive side for the average consumer. If I only needed one supplement a month, I wouldn't mind paying this, but this is one of about 12 supplements I take (most CodeAge brand) so it really adds up. It would be awesome if they made this multi-vitamin even more comprehensive so that I wouldn't have to take so many supplements. These capsules are on the larger side but not too hard for me to swallow. They include sunflower lecithin. Since sunflower is a common allergen, I'm always surprised that its used so much in supplements. Thankfully, its not problematic for me but I like to mention it for those who have allergies and sensitivities.I do feel more energy from taking these (likely from the high dose of B vitamins since NMN is not usually energizing for me.)The other thing that caught my eye was that this contains Alpha Lipoic Acid, which can be very beneficial especially for pain relief, but the amount is small and it doesn't even include whether this is the R-ALA or a less effective type.Still, this is a very good start to a multi-vitamin regimen and I would buy it again if the price were decreased.

  ♥️Premium Ingredients, 💪🏼Effectiveness, ⬆️Energy

I've been using the Codeage Liposomal NMN Multivitamin and really like how convenient it is to have NMN, vitamins, and TMG betaine combined in one supplement. I usually take the capsules with breakfast, which makes them easy to remember as part of my daily routine. The capsules are straightforward to take, and I like not having to keep several different bottles around to get the ingredients I'm looking for. The 120-count bottle is also a good size for regular use and means I don't have to reorder too often. Overall, it's a convenient supplement that fits easily into my everyday routine.

  Top notch product!

Second product from this very high quality US manufacture.Have noticed they are good about finding alternatives from around the world that are not well known in the US.This is another great product from Codeage. It has a compound of a multitude of vitamins that are not often found in supplements along with more common ones.As seen with other products they have used another newer not so common product line of Sunflower lecithin.Lecithin is typically used as a binder/stabilizer/ emulsifier it is one of those things not many know but pretty much what holds are body together and is in about everything you use in daily life. From the makeup you used those morning to the paint on your car or the candy bar you had at lunch. The difference is it can be made from half a dozen different things such as Soy, Eggs, Rice etc. Sunflower is a newer more expensive version that is claimed to be better.Codeage quality is top notch so you are paying the premium for that and well worth it. To make it even better would be combining some other vitamins so you don't have to purchase and take several different ones!

  Makes My Supplement Routine Simpler

I ordered this because I was already taking both a daily multivitamin and a separate NMN supplement, so the idea of combining them into a single product immediately appealed to me. I am not a fan of taking a handful of pills every day, so anything that helps simplify my routine is a plus. The capsules are not overly large, which makes them easy for me to swallow, and I have not experienced any strange aftertaste afterward. Some vitamin supplements can leave a lingering flavor or cause digestive discomfort, but that has not been the case here. I've also had no stomach upset while taking it.I like that this formula combines 500 mg of NMN with a full range of vitamins, including A, C, D3, E, K2, and the B-complex vitamins. Since I was already purchasing these types of supplements separately, having them together in one product feels much more convenient. It cuts down on the number of bottles in my cabinet and makes it easier to stay consistent with my routine.Another thing that stood out to me is the value. Considering each bottle provides a two-month supply, I think the price is fairly reasonable compared to buying a quality multivitamin and NMN product separately. In summary, this has been an easy addition to my daily routine. The capsules are easy to take, gentle on my stomach, and the combination of NMN and multivitamin ingredients helps reduce the number of supplements I need to keep on hand. For me, the convenience alone makes this a product I would continue using.
